Yoga Therapy looks at the whole person and uses yogic practices to help you move toward a better quality of life — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Unlike group yoga classes, each session is individualised to your health history, movement capabilities, and goals.

My practice is grounded in therapeutic yoga and body biomechanics. Growing up in a family with a pharmacy business gave me a deep understanding of conventional medicine — and also its limits. True, sustainable health starts from within.

Health Assessment

We begin with a full health history conversation to understand your current situation, immediate concerns, and long-term goals.

Movement Evaluation

You'll be guided through a series of movements and breathing practices to assess your current capabilities, restrictions, and areas of tension.

Step 03

Your Personal Practice

Based on the session, Diana creates a bespoke practice for you to implement at home — movements, breathing techniques, meditation, sound, or relaxation methods tailored to you.

Step 04

Ongoing Support

Follow-up sessions provide guidance and accountability to ensure long-term success. The practice evolves as you do.

Diana

I am a certified Yoga Teacher with a deep passion for conscious movement and delivering truly transformative instruction.

Growing up in a family pharmacy business gave me a firsthand understanding of conventional medicine — and also its limits. True, sustainable health requires focusing on the root cause, not just treating symptoms. This realisation led me to dedicate myself to holistic healing.

My sessions are centred around therapeutic yoga and body biomechanics — how your body moves and heals naturally. I help students reduce pain, release accumulated tension, recover from injuries, enhance physical health, and deeply reconnect with the wisdom of their own bodies.

Originally from Colombia and a lifelong passionate dancer, I bring both grace and informed structure to every session I guide. I am currently a student of Ayurveda and Chinese medicine applied to Yoga.
